IBERIAN TOPO


The Iberian topo is one of the most endangered animals in the world. In fact there are only about 1000 in Iberian Peninsula.
The iberian topo is an animal with a large and cylindrical body, almost without neck. Its legs are prepared to dig up, it hasn't got ears.Its nose is very short and small. Its tail is very short and hairy.
Its natural habitat is arround 1300m high. He builds his nest in a hidden place.
It eats earthworms, slugs, vegetable matter, etc. It can eat from 40g to 50g every day.
When it's 3 years old it dies.
